Wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle? Enjoy a stay at our 3rd Generation Family Ranch that is located 3 1/2 miles East of Highway 99. We have something for everyone! You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

This comfy cabin overlooking Fall River Lake is perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway or an even longer retreat. You can start your morning by watching the sun rise over the lake and listening to the birds! We have Dish Network set up for cable TV and Starlink internet available. Please keep in mind that there are 5 miles of dirt road you will drive on to arrive.

Custom built Rustic Cabin in the Flint Hills of Kansas near Howard, KS. We have an abundance of deer and turkeys. THERE IS LOTS OF WALK IN HUNTING AND FISHING. Our little Poke Daniels Lake has some of the best fishing. We are 45 minutes from El Dorado lake. There are many sites close to us. We are 45 minutes from the big Bluegrass Festival in Winfield KS. It is held in September for 3-4 days. Howard has many specialty shops and some of the best eating places you can find in these parts.

This little cabin is so cute and comfy! Have your morning coffee on the front porch and watch the hustle of everyone else while you prepare for your day! If you're driving a big rig, there is plenty of room to drive through without having to back up! We also have RV plug if you just want a spot to stop for the night and plug in! The heating and air is a 'mini split' (like the motel units)....
