Winter? bring your own skiis for the groomed trail on the lake. A neatly appointed kitchenette gets you through the basics. Use the grill for bigger meals. Salted Roots Yellow Door Bus

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Our Yellow Door Cabin is a converted 1970s retro bus, with a floating A-frame loft above. It is complete with a kitchenette and detached full bathroom, reading nook, a king bed downstairs, and a master king bedroom upstairs in the vaulted A-frame loft. With intimately crafted interior spaces, the Yellow Door cabin hosts a large outdoor covered deck, with a grill for spending more time outdoors. Salted Roots Cabins has 5 private nightly units.

Eagle's Nest Cabin on Salmon Creek

The perfect location for your family's Seward adventures! Just over a mile from town while still being in a quiet, wooded neighborhood (and avoid the city bed tax). An eagles nest on the property is above Salmon Creek and, depending on the year, American Bald Eagles use the nest to raise young. You'll be a short drive from the grocery store, Exit Glacier, and the Alaska Sealife Center. Enjoy the full kitchen, outdoor grill, and fire pit. A short path crosses the 1 acre property to Salmon Creek.

Roo Roo’s Rustic Retreat

This cozy, barndominium-style cabin (1 of 2 units on property) provides a perfect escape for up to 4 guests. Ideal for a small family/group of friends, it offers a queen bed in a loft and a full-size pullout couch in the main living area. Unwind after a day of adventure with modern conveniences like a washer and dryer, a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, and a comfortable dining space. The Trapper Cabin is one of our guests’ favorite Alaskan vacation cabins. The cabin features a full-size log bed, perfect for a couple or individual. The Trapper Cabin’s front porch overhangs Clear Creek, a salmon spawning stream bordering the Alaska Creekside Cabins property, offering guests one of the best views on the property. The cabin’s private fire pit provides guests the opportunity to spend quality time outdoors or simply relax and enjoy the immense natural beauty around the cabin.

Welcome to our 2 bedroom/1 bath suits, larger then hotel rooms with the same views of the more expensive hotels. We have four units and each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, living area & bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed & a twin murphy bed. When renting from airbnb, you will get whatever unit is available. Watch the sunrise over the bay & the Chugach Mountains. In the evenings watching the activities on the bay, including wildlife (sea lions, otters, whales, eagles, birds, etc) .

Stay at our wilderness ecolodge located in the Kenai Fjords! We offer oceanfront yurt lodging on our property that is surrounded by the Alaskan wilderness. Activities of sea kayaking and hiking are included! Our secluded location is accessible only by boat from Seward, Alaska. We provide boat transportation for all guests. The boat trip is about 40 minutes each way - look for wildlife like whales, otters, eagles, sea lions, and more! This entire experience is included in your nightly rate.

Alaska Alpine Meadow Retreat—upper unit*

Modern day homestead in the making! We are adjacent to State, National Forest Service, and National Park Service lands in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood with views of Resurrection and Benson Mountains and Resurrection River. This upper unit, "Alpine", is a two-bedroom and sleeps up to six people, has a full kitchen, full bath, living space with pull-out queen sofa bed, and washer/dryer. The lower one-bedroom unit "Meadow" is also available to rent.
