Take a step back in time and sleep in a historical monument built in 1795 on this exquisite piece of farm property that has been lovingly restored. We practice regenerative farming and encourage biodiversity. This is a place to relax, reconnect and recharge. Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

3 Queen Street is a stand-alone property. The house and its facilities are for the private and exclusive use of guests. The house is not shared with other guests or the host. Guests who book the house will have the whole house to themselves for the amount of persons booked. Everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible is included.

The Cottage

Beautiful & comfortable heritage cottage in the historic town of Prince Albert. Quiet and peaceful surrounds, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Large garden full of fruit trees and birds. Please note that most of our guests who book for one night regret not staying longer, so we do recommend longer stays if you have the time!

'Uitspan' restored Karoo style Barn

Situated 7km off the R62 in the hamlet of Buffelsdrift is Uitspan's Barn. Tastefully restored, this quaint cottage has a comfy Queen size bed with en suite bathroom, antique Day bed that can sleep an extra person. Kitchen with fireplace and lounge plus outdoor terrace with braai and splash pool.

The Studio @ The Place

Escape to our retreat for nature lovers, in the magical untouched Klein Karoo, easily accessible from Route62 and the N2. The Studio is comfortable, modern and open plan with private shaded outdoor seating, spectacular views, a plunge pool and free wifi. It sleeps 4.

Mr Albert was a true Gentleman. Read, write, relax in this luxurious Cottage based on two acres of Barrydale beauty. Go outside, immerse yourself in nature. The Cottage has an Inverter! Due to open waters this property is not suitable for children under 12.
