This is a convenient and comfortable, above garage apartment, within a mile or so from uptown Athens, just off of Richland Ave. Equipped with everything you might need, including wifi, full kitchen and bath, central heat, and A/C. and then some. Cabin has a loft with a full & twin bed. There is a queen bed, full bath and kitchenette (microwave, coffee pot & mini fridge) on main level. Guests are welcome to use outside kitchen which has full fridge, gas, charcoal & flat top grill. There is also tables and outside shower on 15x40’ deck. The fire pit is great on those chilly mountain evenings. 10-20 mins. to historical Belpre, Marietta OH & Parkersburg WVA. Note: There is cell service in cabin but NO wifi. TV is antenna only.

The Cottage

This is a rural location. Located on an open hill along a private drive, this newly built -"little house on the prairie"- is surrounded by fields on one end and woods on the other. Nothing but stars at night -no neighbors nearby. Trails and ponds are available for your enjoyment. Swimming* and fishing is encouraged in the warmer months. A small outdoor fire ring is nearby. Hiking in the woods on the far side of the field will be off limits last week of October through thanksgiving.

Camp Forever Cabin

Escape to the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio at Camp Forever! Our property is located in the secluded countryside, perfect for a peaceful getaway. We offer amenities such as a hot tub, fire pit and lots of games! Camp Forever has a primary bedroom and lofted beds upstairs. Please note that we are in a private country setting. Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

Country Getaway

Short drive on the highway from Athens, OH (15 minutes) and Parkersburg, WV(35 minutes). Detached studio apartment located on 25 acres with access to almost 300 acres for walking and fishing(catch and release). Studio apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom, two bed nooks, a chair, and table with four barstools. The space is heated using radiant floor during cool weather and during warm weather cooled by a window unit AC. Owners live about 30ft from rental on the property.

Sweet Peace Cabin

Sweet Peace Cabin is an easy 20-minute drive from Ohio University in the quintessential college town of Athens. The cabin is also close to Pomeroy, located on the scenic Ohio River, and two local wineries. Use it as a hub to discover the area, or as a get-away to find the peace you crave in your hectic life. It is perfect for couples, small families, and well-behaved dogs who want to run free in the very large fully fenced yard.
