In the heart of the village on the bowling green, Sanctuary Cottage is a stone’s throw from the beach, pubs/restaurants, shops (fashion, beauty, butcher, bakery), zoo, botanical gardens & walks. There is also a ferry to Teignmouth. With 2 separate living rooms, it is easy to relax & enjoy games, or settle down to a good book in peace. The well equipped kitchen seats 8. 3 bedrooms (2 can be singles or superkings) Both patios include outdoor furniture (+ outside shower & WC). We hope you enjoy!

“On The Beach” has the best views in Shaldon

The apartment is situated on the second floor and has recently been fully refurbished and tastefully furnished and decorated. There are fabulous views of Shaldon harbour and beach from every window. Probably the best views of Shaldon from the double aspect windows of the living room. Watch the boats come in and out of the harbour, the constantly changing panarama of sand, sea and sky. A short level walk to the local shops, cafes and pubs. Shaldon Beach 10 m and Ness Beach less than 15 minutes.

Dolphin Cottage, 11 Horse Lane is a cosy cottage in the quaint village of Shaldon and is less than 1 minute walk from the beach, village centre and ferry to Teignmouth. The cottage has recently been refurbished and is a light, bright space decorated in a beachy style. The cottage has all the amenities needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Due to living space size, the cottage is: SUITABLE FOR 5 ADULTS. SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN/1 INFANT SORRY NO PETS / SMOKING/VAPING NO PARKING

Light bright airy accommodation on the foreshore of the River Teign, in the village of Combeinteignhead. Fantastic views, peaceful location. Wood fired hot tub (Additional charge applies). Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. Coombe Cellars bar and restaurant is 250m along the foreshore. Templer way footpath passes the front of the property. (Haytor to Teignmouth)

A fabulous contemporary one bedroom apartment with far reaching sea & river views. Located in Shaldon, Devon. With off road secure parking for one vehicle. Occupying a prime position within easy reach of the village and all it has to offer, but equally set back enough to enjoy a peaceful break! The apartment is fully equipped & has free Wi-Fi. Excellent walks on the door step. Please note: The parking is not adjacent to the flat, the parking is located approximately 100 metres away.

The annex is a self-contained apartment below our house, comprising a comfortable open-plan living area, with bifold doors opening on to a patio and garden area, with a view of the Teign estuary. A kitchenette area contains a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and sink unit, all of which can be shut off when not in use. The dining space has a foldaway table and the bedroom a super-king bed, with a separate dressing area and clothes rail, and a modern ensuite bathroom with shower.
