Yealscombe is a 20 minute walk from Exford which is a pretty and unspoilt village with 2 good pubs, and shop. We are centrally located in the National Park and so make a great base from which to explore the miles of stunning walking. Only an hour from the fabulous North Devon beaches of Croyde and Saunton Sands.

It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Riverside cottage is located on our 100 acre family farm. The cottage is tastefully furnished and comprehensively equipped to meet 'Visit England' 4 star standards. With three bedrooms sleeping 6 plus a cot, a standard size double, super king size double and a further super king double which can be made into two single beds. The Cottage has ample car parking and is smoke free. We do welcome pets in Riverside and outside there is fenced courtyard garden of you and your pets enjoyment.

It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.
