Includes 1 bedroom(Queen), private kitchen/dinning room, living room and a bathroom. The townhouse is restored with beautiful, vintage details but also with all the comforts of modern living like high speed Wifi, digital thermostats and entry to the home via smart lock. *additional one time fee of $25 to set up air mattress for 2 guests. All guests are welcome to use all facilities on our property; including our backyard. The property is centrally located in the heart of historical uptown Kingston. Explore the weekend farmers market just steps from the front porch, as well as local cafes, restaurants, museums, and music venues. The Bau Guesthouse is easily accessible. It is 7min walk from the Kingston Trailways bus stop and 5min drive from I-87 throughway exit 19. Parking on our street is metered Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Also free street parking is available just around corner from us.

This private apartment, with its own entrance, is attached to one end of our house. The apt door and our front door are separated by a long patio. Please be advised: We do not give discounts or refunds for issues related to inclement weather. Our largest option, the Mountain View Suite incorporates high ceilings, and mountaintop views from a raised dining area to provide a large and light oasis. Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

Downstairs Victorian style private suite with it's own entrance to large front hall, bedroom & bathroom in an old stone farmhouse filled with mid-20th-century artwork. Easy access to outdoors. The house is one of the original deeds in Clove Valley dating back to the 1700s. The home has lots of character on a sustainable farm adjacent to the Mohonk Preserve & 7 miles to Minnewaska State Park.

We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons!
