This quirky, stone-built barn conversion is set in the picturesque village of Ampney St. Mary, near Cirencester, in the heart of the stunning Cotswolds landscape. Generous open plan living in a detached apartment with double bed, lounge area, beautiful kitchen/dinning area and ensuite bathroom. Underfloor heating throughout so suitable for all seasons. Ideal for holidaymakers looking for a tranquil base from which to explore the AONB or individuals seeking a quiet, secluded space to work/study.

The detached property is set in the garden of the main house. Ewen is a lovely village with the Thames path a 2 min walk away which takes you into beautiful Cotswold countryside. The Bakers Arms makes a good watering hole on this route. Cirencester is a 5 min drive with boutique shopping and dining options. Kemble Station is 1 mile away with a direct link to Paddington Station (1 hr 15). The Cotswold Water Park is 5 mins away with lots of water activities. Beautiful Roman Bath is 40 mins.

The Tallet is perfect for couples, nestled away within the quiet village of Ampney Crucis on the outskirts of Cirencester, a busy little market town at the heart of the Cotswolds. The detached annex is on 2 separate levels, self-contained allowing peace/privacy throughout the stay. Accessed down a shared drive to the end of our cottage garden, benefiting from stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Within walking distance to the Crown at Ampney Brook where you can enjoy drinks/food.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated in the small village of Ashton Keynes, perfect for exploring the Cotswolds. Entire guesthouse includes Kitchenette and Bathroom. King size bed. Amazing views from the bedroom/living area windows, overlooking farmland with plenty of wildlife. Two additional single guest beds if required (suitable for children). TV. Free WiFi and private parking. Pet friendly, one small/medium dog welcome, fees apply. Dogs must not be left unattended.

The cottage has been recently renovated, whilst maintaining it’s original wonderful features, and has been furnished to a superior standard throughout.

The Coach House

Our beautiful new house is located in the heart of a Cotswold market town, Cirencester. The house is in a secluded private courtyard with its own private parking. The Coach House - Accommodates 6 people with two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. The house was built by us in 2017 so everything inside is brand new. We are currently adding to the property making it feel more like a home but it would serve as a great base point to explore the surrounding areas.

Peaceful yet just three miles from the bustling market town of Cirencester, this is the perfect retreat. The architect-designed property won the 2022 Cotswold Design Awards House of the Year. Our property was lovingly completed in 2021.
