The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

It is a five minute drive from the Jurassic coast with beautiful beaches and opportunities for fossil hunting . The barn has far reaching views spanning across the Marshwood Vale. This stylish and extremely comfortable new conversion is set in 11 acres of wildlife rich meadows land . It is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful part of West Dorset.

Driftwood is a lovely bright detached cosy cottage with parking. It is at the end of a quiet pedestrian street. It has 3 double bedrooms one with en suite toilet and sink. Downstairs Family bathroom, kitchen with dining area, cosy lounge with French windows onto a good sized south facing courtyard garden with seating and a BBQ. Garden fully enclosed so safe for dogs. Driftwood is a 4 minute walk to the seafront, coast path, kids play area, indoor swimming pool, shops, cafes, pubs and cinema.

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. PLEASE NOTE:- The price per night is for short breaks. A discount is offered for 7 night or more stay The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.

You might just sleep better than you have in years.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

The Town house offers 4 spacious rooms, a light, bright, coastal communal kitchen, chilled TV room and courtyard garden with a BBQ & bar. 2 private car spaces with EV charging (chargeable) and easy access to the town and beach mean your always near the action, or can escape it just as easily. Located at the rear of the Kingswood Hotel, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the town centre. Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Safe Harbour is less than a 3 minute walk to the seafront, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Over 100 years old but a modernised and fresh cottage comfortable for couples or family groups of up to 7 (+baby). Free wifi, dvd player, freesat, mp3 player. Well equipped kitchen, dining room and cosy lounge, 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, cloakroom a true home from home. For younger visitors a pleasant play park, cinema and indoor swimming pool are a stones throw away.

Riverside Cottage Lyme Regis

The Major’s Cottage is a light, airy and characterful one bedroom cottage in the centre of Lyme Regis. This happy property sits alongside the babbling River Lym. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, artisan shops and high street bustle. It boasts a fully equipped cosy kitchen, sitting room, private entrance, hallway, upstairs shower room, comfortable lounge, stairs & landing, courtyard garden and immediate river views from the front windows.

Close enough to town but far enough away

The good: Recently decorated lounge and living room. Either relax in the lounge with a cosy wood burner and a bit of TV or chat around the dinner table in the living room which has a lovely bright feel to it. Both bedrooms have also been recently decorated and I hope will provide you with a good night sleep. If the sun is out, the south facing garden is a fabulous sun trap! Just a 3min walk to a small Tesco and a further 5mins to the seafront
