Forbes Park is filled with wildflowers in the spring, and has unique access to the SWA public park. It's less than an hour from the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Cuchara Mountain Park. The cabin includes a clean outdoor toilet and 2 gallons of fresh water for drinking and brushing teeth. You’ll need to bring your own food and cooking supplies. Walk trails on the property or explore nearby hiking routes, ATV trails, and a wolf preserve.
