Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Välkommen till vår lugna bostad mitt i skogen! Här kan alla njuta av en perfekt vistelse oavsett om du är en familj, ett par eller singel. Huset har tre bekväma sovrum, ett rymligt badrum och en öppen planlösning som ger en härlig atmosfär. Från balkongen kan du njuta av den fantastiska utsikten över skogstomten. För naturälskare finns Tjörnarpssjön i närheten för bad och fiske, och Skåneleden erbjuder många möjligheter till promenader. Vår bostad i skogen är en plats för avkoppling och njutning

Villa Hav & Hygge is a modern house located in the charming Österlen "the Swedish Provence". This is a place where loved ones come to spend time together, away from demands and daily stress, enjoying each others company. It's a place place where each season is celebrated in a memorable way with friends and family. The name of the house “Hav & Hygge”, refers to the peacefulness and quiet of a beach house near the ocean, where the sound of the gentle lapping of waves creating a sense of calm.

Österlen Gamla Posthuset Gärsnäs

Helt nybyggd och nyinredd lägenhet ljus och fräsch. Egen uteplats. Gården ligger fritt med fantastisk utsikt över fälten. På gården finns ett galleri. Mycket tyst läge. Till gården hör en vinodling. Avstånd till Gärsnäs 3 km, med ICA-affär konditori, bankomat, tågstation och busshållplats. Tåg varje timme till Simrishamn och Ystad. 10 km till Gyllebosjön med fint bad och strövområde. 20 km till Borrbystrand vid havet med fantastisk sandstrand. Hundar är välkomna men kostar 50kr/dygn

Eget boende i idyllisk skånegård i Brösarp

Bo i egen lägenhet i en av längorna i en fyrlängad skånegård mitt i Brösarp "porten till Österlen". Omedelbar närhet till byns alla bekvämligheter. Här bor du bra i två rum och kök med toalett och duschrum. Möjlighet till 2 extrasängar finns, alltså totalt 6 sängplatser. Sängarna står bäddade när ni kommer, både lakan och handdukar ingår! Idyllisk för dig som vill uppleva fantastisk natur då du kan njuta av trädgården med porlande bäck och betande får på de omgivande kullarna.

Gästhus vid stranden

Vakna med stranden precis utanför dörren – här är det enkelt att varva ner och njuta av lugnet. Simrishamns mysiga stadskärna ligger på bekvämt gångavstånd, och runt knuten väntar vackra cykel- och promenadvägar genom fantastisk natur. Vårt gästhus är perfekt för en eller två personer och har alla bekvämligheter du behöver, inklusive grill och IR-bastu (ej badtunna). Sängkläder och handdukar ingår, och parkering finns precis intill. Välkommen till en avkopplande vistelse vid havet!

You reach the sea via a half-hour walk through an enchanting forest.

Sovrummet har dubbelsäng +2 enkelsängar på övre loftet

Enjoy a quiet surroundings by open fields and a fantastic view on the countryside. 7 minutes away you will find the sea, 10 minutes to Ystad with restaurants and shops, 15 minutes from Österlen and 35 minutes to Malmö. An Electric car charger are available at the parking lot for a fee. a camera is facing the driveway, not indoors.

A nice holiday home with a lovely view of the open landscape on Österlen. One length of this built-around farm is furnished for a pleasant holiday stay. There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
