Το ισόγειο που παραχωρείται στους επισκέπτες είναι ένα αυτόνομο σπίτι 110 τ.μ με ξεχωριστή είσοδο και βρίσκεται εντός ενός οικοπέδου 700 τ.μ, 70 μέτρα από την παραλία , με γαλαζοπράσινα κρυστάλλινα νερά και δέντρα για σκιά . From the balcony, one can enjoy the great sea view and the view of the Venetian Castle of Nafpaktos. The apartment retains the unique character of the architecture of the old town of Nafpaktos.

Πανέμορφο και ήρεμο εξοχικό σπίτι στα αργυρά αχαίας, σε ένα πολύ γραφικό χωριό στούς πρόποδες του Παναχαϊκού,με θέα τον πατραϊκό κόλπο,μόλις 14 χλμ απο το κέντρο της Πάτρας και 8 χιλιόμετρα απο τον Αγίο βασίλη και την παραλία. Στον δρόμο Αργυρά – Σελλά υπάρχουν αρκετές ταβέρνες με πολύ καλο φαγητό. Λοιπές αποστάσεις : 8 χλμ απο το Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών 8,5 χλμ απο την Πανεπιστημιούπολη του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών.
