Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! The house is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished. With a sunny flat yard, deck, new lakeside shack, long dock, grass patio by the water, fire pit and rec room, there are lots of spaces to spread out. We face the afternoon sun and sunsets, and have deep, clear water. Sit by lake and feel your blood pressure drop!

Quaint & cozy private lakefront cottage on East side of Skaneateles Lake. Gorgeous views! Magnificent sunsets!! key location! Short Boat ride or drive to village (2.9 mi) and all attractions. Cottage is on a 1 acre 185ft lake property shared with the owner. Dock for lake access. 2 kayaks and life jackets available to enjoy the lake. Water shoes a must as lake bottom is rocky. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Please drive slow for children and animals. Please book both weekend nights during weekend stays, May-Oct. Thank you!
