Top floor, historic listed barn -The Scantlings

Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Scantlings provides luxury 3 bedroom accommodation. The main bedroom with en suite shower room can be used as a double or a twin. Adjacent to this room with an internal door is a small twin room. There is additionally a third bedroom which is a large double and a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is extremely spacious with a wood burning stove making it an ideal space for friends and family to get together. If additional space is required, two further bedrooms, an additional bathroom and extra living space can be booked on the ground floor of the barn. The photos for this are shown under Events Room.

Welcome! In our house the Main bedroom is suitable for two adults with space for a infant cot at the bottom of the bed- if you would like to bring your own, please do. The second bedroom is for two children - with a shorty, small single sized bunkbed. One small dog Is welcome. Please let me know you are bringing your dog and we can accommodate for your furry friend. Take a few step's from the house & find public access direct onto a tow path which leads you to Skipton centre In 10 minutes.

We offer bike use, numerous country walks and the excellent water comes from an aquifer (no chemical treatment). The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

This charming and characterful two bedroom stone cottage is perfectly located in a quiet courtyard setting just off the High Street in the centre of Skipton.
