Επίσης,σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει super market,οπωροπωλείο,φούρνος και κρεοπωλείο. Το διαμέρισμά μας το οποίο είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο σαλόνι-κουζίνα,ένα ευρύχωρο υπνοδωμάτιο,μπάνιο και ένα άνετο μπαλκόνι με σαλόνι&κούνια.

Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης, στην περιοχή «Κοτρώνι», μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Σκιάθου. Φιλοξενεί ιδανικά δύο ζευγάρια ή μια οικογένεια τεσσάρων έως 5 ατόμων.
