An Lobhta (meaning "The Loft") is a luxury self catering guest suite located in the popular village and sea port of Mallaig in the West Highlands of Scotland. We offer a unique open plan space with stunning views across to the small isles of Eigg & Rum, up to Sleat & the Cuillin mountain range on the Isle of Skye and down as far as the lighthouse on the Ardnamurachan peninsula. Our open plan guest suite is spacious & cosy, a perfect getaway for just 2 people. Sorry no pets or children under 12.

Two miles from Portree, Boisdale House offers peace, quiet and uninterrupted views. Our guest accommodation sits as an annexe on our house, providing space and privacy within a stunning rural setting. Our luxurious super-king room with en-suite bathroom and private entrance lets you come and go as you please. A large picture window gives stunning views of the hills of Skye. Breakfast options are provided within the room, including porridge, granola, yoghurt, croissant, fruit compote & jam.

Modernist Studio in the Scottish Highlands

This distinctive building, renovated both inside and out, started life as a primary school in 1966 and its modernist design is unique for the area. You will be surrounded by art, vintage furniture, natural textiles and amazing views during your stay. The studio is self contained and well equipped with a small but functional kitchen with high quality kitchen and tableware. The Japanese inspired bathroom has been designed to spend time and relax in with a large rain shower and deep bath.

Lusta, Glamaig Place, Portree

‘Lusta’ is an annex to our family home in the centre of Portree. We are located in a quiet street within easy walking distance of the village centre where there is a selection of excellent bars and restaurants. We have off street parking and the accommodation has its own private entrance, with one double bedroom and ensuite shower room. There is a fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine for guests to use in the property together with provisions to prepare a continental breakfast.

“The Landing" is a Very Private ,Warm Family space completly independent of the main property with own private access which can sleep up to 4 adults, providing king size bed, 1 single bed and a single sofa bed . The level of interaction with us is up to YOU The space has its own completely private access and self check in keysafe. The room contains fridge , free Wi-Fi, Smart TV , Netflix log-in, etc. Tea and coffee Making facilities . Private parking for one car is provided .

Taigh Mairi (Mary's House) Self Catering

Our house Taigh Mairi is in Upper Breakish on the A87(main road).Taigh Mairi is a 5 minute drive into Broadford (3 miles) and 7 miles from the Skye bridge.Within a 10 minute walk is the Red Skye Restaurant.We have created a small,private,open plan self catering studio for 2 within our family home.The studio has its own facilities none of which are used by us. It is set up for guest use only.There are plenty of facilities to make your stay as comfortable and as homely as possible.

Suite 2 at The Bridge- Self Catering

Suite 2 at The Bridge self catering sleeps 2. It is set in the rural township of Kilmaluag on the Trotternish Ridge. It's a short walk from Kilmaluag Bay and many beauty spots. Suite 2 is equipped with a kitchen, en-suite shower facilities, a large spacious bedroom with king-size bed and seating area. There are beautiful views over the river. This suite has its own private entrance and parking. This is an adults only space. (Self catering -no meals are provided)

Malky's Suite

Taigh Malky is one of two self-contained suites in the property and comprises of a double bedroom, kitchen/living space with a picture window looking onto a stunning view of Loch Roag with the Cuillin mountain range behind. It allows you sanctuary and peace to continue to enjoy the beauty of Skye, after a day of exploring the island. Taigh Glas Studio

Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

The Annexe @18 Perth Place.

The Annexe @18 Perth Place is a newly converted garage which comprises of a large double en-suite bedroom with kitchen facilities and a decked outdoor seating area. The Annexe has it's own private entrance with parking and is within the grounds of our family home. We are situated in a quiet residential area 1.9 miles from Fort William town centre, there is access from our garden to the Cow Hill Circuit and we are 0.1 mile from the nearest bus stop.

The Shielings Cabin - near Portree

The Shielings is a modern self-catering cabin. Set in the idyllic crofting township of Torvaig, you will experience uninterrupted views of the Cuillin Ridge and see an abundance of wildlife. The space features a fully equipped kitchen, separate king size bedroom, shower room and private balcony. We are centrally located, only 1.5 miles from Portree - the perfect base to explore or relax whilst visiting Skye.
