At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. Parking permit is provided

Completely renovated with gorgeous south westerly views over National Trust fields and the River Exe. Solar system covers most of your energy consumption. 100 metres from the famous Exe Estuary Trail, a short drive to the beach (or cycle!), or a 30 minute traffic free walk to the village of Lympstone with its pubs and eateries. Brixham is a very family friendly town with many attractions for the whole family. Lilac Cottage is a pretty, newly refurbished, but still traditional, fishermans cottage situated on a pedestrian hill in the old part of Brixham - safe for kids and dogs - just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the town and harbour. There are 2 double bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and separate shower room, sitting room, kitchen, dining room and garden with BBQ and decking with lovely views over the marina towards Tourquay.

Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

A newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance and parking. Set on a beautiful small-holding with horses, ducks, chickens and dogs, located 3 miles from Bantham Beach and many other beaches. The Studio is perfectly located in the stunning South Hams, a short drive away from nearby towns, such as Salcombe and Kingsbridge with fantastic pubs and restaurants. Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

East Farwell is the wing of our Georgian Rectory, renovated 6 years ago and updated to provide a contemporary modern home, with huge glass doors opening onto the terrace overlooking the gardens of the main house. A perfect base for one or two couples, or small family (+ dog) to escape at any time of year. On the South Devon Coast path (Salt Path), you can walk to Blackpool Sands, stroll to the pub or local brasserie, 5 minute drive or catch the bus into historic Dartmouth.
