Welcome to fully comfortable apartment on the ground floor of a family house in a quiet area of Lucija. It is located 1,5 km from the Turistic center Portorož surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, casinos, nightlife, shopping mall and the beach. Capacity is 2 or 3 persons (one double bed and one auxiliary bed with equipped kitchen, garden, tv, free wi-fi internet connection and air condition. There is privat parking place in front of the house for your car.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
