From Spring to Fall, easy access to kayak or canoe rentals. Numerous golf courses just minutes away. The historical town of Delaware Water Gap and Stroudsburg offers a variety of restaurants, music venues, wineries, breweries and boutiques. Best of all, we are only 75 minutes west of NYC.

Cozy lakefront condo with beautiful views of Big Boulder Lake. This end unit has 2 bdrms +a loft, 2 full size baths, and a wrap around deck. The first floor master bedroom has a comfortable, queen size mattress, complete with all necessary bed and bath linens and towels .The Master bath is accessible through the master bedroom. The 2nd floor bedroom offers a Full and twin mattress &access to the 1/2 bath.
