Trollstuggu offers tranquility, a simple life and a perfect starting point for hiking and skiing, located in beautiful Vindøldalen, a ~600m walk on path up from parking. Located in the mountain side, the cabin offers panoramic view of the valley. Main room of 20m2 with kitchenette, 6m2 bedroom with 3 beds, veranda w and w/o roof and Biolan toilet in shed. 12 V electricity from solar cell. No running water in cabin but from nearby stream. Wood stove in cabin and gas burner and fire pan outside.

Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Tårnheim på Hølonda, 45 km frå Trondheim, er 10 meter høgt, med fire etasjar. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kjøkkenkrok i første, bibliotek i andre, soverom med god utsikt i tredje og ein koseleg paviljong med altan i fjerde etasje. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Charming house, access to lean and bonfire

Charming house with a lovely garden room with sliding doors and a wood stove. Access to boat without engine and paddle board. Large area to play on with playground equipment. On the veranda there is outdoor furniture, a 3-meter dining table and 12 dining chairs and a grill. Inside you can seat 12 people and there are 2 wood-burning stoves, as well as a heat pump. There is also an electric car charger and good parking at the house. Welcome to a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings.

Fantastisk sted med unik beliggenhet og nydelig utsikt, rett ved vannkanten. Man har hele stedet for seg selv, 2 fine hytter med terrasse og store gressplener rundt. Nærme buss og sentrum, uten at du mister hyttefølelsen. Stille og privat, med vann og fjell som man kan nyte både dag og kveld. Begge hyttene har stue, bad med toalett, kjøkken og soverom. Dusj på ene badet. Ute er det flere spisegrupper, solsenger, daybed, trampoline, bålpanne og egen båt.

Lys og fin leilighet med nytt kjøkken og bad. Godt utstyrt kjøkken og vedovn i stuen. Eiendommen ligger med enkel adkomst fra vei, rolig sted med utsikt utover jorder og fjell. Stor uteplass til middager, lek, parkering og lignende. Det er en kort spasertur ned til sjøen der man kan leie båt og har tilgang på badeplasser. Turløyper starter rett ved inngangsdøra. Fungerer godt for familier, par og venner.

Romslig bolig på 94 kvm med alle fasiliteter i et stille og rolig nabolag. Gratis privat parkering på tomta. Leiligheten har to store soverom med dobbeltseng, stor terrasse, og er fullt utstyrt med alt du trenger. Kort vei til buss som går direkte til Trondheim sentrum. I Heimdal sentrum finner du flere butikker og restauranter, City Syd kjøpesenter er noen minutter unna med bil.
