I am minutes to the resort center yet central enough to take advantage of non resort amenities. While there is no ski in/out from this location, there is affordable food, country comfort, and you are still only 10 minutes from Top of the World. It is a very unique property and is geared towards regular skiers, bikers, families, and couples. You park right out front, the hot tub is next door, & restaurants and a market just a few minutes away. Any pet must be approved in advance.

Located in the pristine Mill Gap Valley. At night you can reach out and touch the stars. National Forrest is close by too. Enjoy the peace and tranquility that can only be offered in Highland county. The farm along with our Maple Syrup is certified Organic. From our apple trees to our hay and pastures. We are Organic! If you would like a tour of our farm or maple operation, let us know! Self-check-in/out; this condo has a view looking straight down Widow Maker/Soaring Eagle Express. Out the door you have the ability to get a warm up from the flume series. The Flume series crosses the 5 main lifts; Soaring Eagle, Ballhooter, Grab hammer, Power Monkey, and Powder Ridge. In addition, the first floor of this condominium consists of rentals, Hoots Restaurant*, and lift ticket check-in*. *only available during winter season.

Your family will have all the necessary amenities in one place when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Conveniently located at the top of the Soaring Eagle Express for easy pit stops. Soaring Eagle lift is tentatively fully operational starting late December. During the winter, Hoots Lounge, hot tubs, and equipment rentals are available on the 1st floor. Summer time lends itself to a quiet escape with epic sunrises.
