Trädgården är lummig och fin och det finns gott om utrymme att koppla av både på uteplatsen på framsidan och baksidan. Baksidan är insynskyddad från tre håll. Grill finns. Huset har tre sovrum och en bäddsoffa med plats för två. Vidare finns det tre toaletter, en dusch och ett badkar. Det tar ca 15 minuter in till city med tunnelbana.
