Located on east side of Sierra Ave. about 200 meters/ 2 min walk to ocean. Condo DOES NOT an have an ocean view, but community offers ocean views and access.

If you have friends and family in the area, you must meet them off the property...there are many restaurants and in town for meet ups with family and friends.
