There is a small desk with an office chair. The back patio is a good spot to relax outside. Ferry to San Francisco and just 30 minutes to downtown Napa. Costco, grocery shopping, gyms, and other services are close by.

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
