In November 2022 (or earlier), Magnolia House opens a new apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the middle of "just north of Stockholm City". 40 rooms in a house that resembles a large villa with a shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We mainly have 2 room types: smaller rooms for 1 person and on the top floor there will be loft apartments for 1-4 people. Single rooms mean compact living: still private kitchen/shower. On the lower level there is a shared lounge.

In January 2023, we opened Magnolia House Sollentuna, an apartment hotel between Sollentuna C and Kista C, in the area just north of Stockholm City. 40 studios in total in a house with shared patio and parking in a quiet residential area. We are located approx. 1.5 km from Sollentuna C. The bus takes you there in 8 minutes. There is a shared lounge and laundry room. We apply self check-in, prepayment and are pet and smoke free. House rules must be respected for everyone's well-being.

This loft studio is located in a hotel that looks like a large villa, in a quiet residential area. The bus that runs right outside takes you to the commuter train in 5 minutes. If you have a car, you are in the City in 15 minutes. At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.

Penthouse Studio; 2 adults + 2 children

This studio is located in a hotel that looks like a large villa, in a quiet residential area. The bus that runs right outside takes you to the commuter train in 5 minutes. If you have a car, you are in the City in 15 minutes. At the same time, you have peace and quiet with us, close to nature, and when spring/summer comes, you have access to a patio with a barbecue and dining areas outside in the garden.

Studio med loft: 1 vuxen

Den här loft-studion ligger i ett hotell som ser ut som en stor villa, i ett lugnt villaområde. Bussen som går precis utanför tar dig till pendeltåget på 5 minuter. Har du bil är du inne i City på 15 min. Samtidigt har du lugn och ro hos oss med nära till naturen och när våren/sommaren kommer har du tillgång till uteplats med grill och matplatser ute i trädgården.
