Very near to the town, yet in the private community of Las Conchas; this home is set directly on the beach and right across from the 24/7 security guard station. Casita "Shackleton" es completamente nueva y tiene ubicación céntrica pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de conveniencia, super mercados y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. Alberca lista para usarse.! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera para temporada de frio
