Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. Einzigartig ist auch ihre Blick auf den Hafen, das Stadtzentrum und Korsika, das nur 8 km über die Straße von Bonifacio entfernt ist, und die hauseigene Autoelektroladestation, die 2 E-bikes und 3 Fahrräder. La casa dispone di Aria condizionata, Internet ed, parcheggio privato ed un bellissimo giardino con uno spezio dedicato per i nostri piccoli ospiti.

New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and living area, an open space with kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. Each room has air conditioning. The outside patio is equipped with table and chairs: a large common garden and a private barbecue are available. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

"Il Mulino" in Borgo tranquillo vicino al mare

La casa era originariamente un Mulino ad acqua costruito agli inizi del 1800. E' stato ristrutturato di recente e presenta nel piano terra una cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con un ampia vetrata che guarda sul giardino, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Nel soppalco è presente la seconda camera da letto. “Il Mulino” si trova a soli 12 Km da Sassari e nelle vicinanze si trovano le più belle località turistiche del Nord Sardegna
