Perfect to kick back and relax in nature. This quirky secluded barn at the foot of the South Downs in Fulking Accessible by foot from The South Downs Way set on crossroads of bridle/footpath. Has secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. One bedroom, king size bed with a Hypnos premier Inn mattress/bed & tea/coffee, Short walk to Shepherd & Dog pub & dogs welcome. The Old Barn has a breakfast & food prep area, air fryer, microwave, fridge Welcome pack/ continental breakfast basket etc

Airship 001 Sussex Woodland

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Bothy, formerly ‘The Old Potting Shed’ is surrounded by the most beautiful countryside. Situated near Fittleworth in the South Downs National Park. Renovated & furnished to a high standard, it boasts many original features as well as modern comforts including a well equipped kitchen, 2 ensuite bedrooms, log burner & large outdoor space. The Bothy is ideal for a weekend escape, wedding, special occasion, walking holiday, Goodwood events & spending time with family & friends.

The Hideaway” is located in the peaceful village of Houghton, just moments from where the South Downs Way crosses the River Arun. French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Countryside Cottage at the foot of the South Downs

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
