The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. Cozy double room in quiet and convenient location

The room can be set up as either king size or two single beds, as required. Our house is in a quiet cul-de-sac within five minutes of the town centre, cycle path, river walks, train station, buses, park and leisure centre. On-site parking. We have a warm, light, comfortable and relaxed home. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for a cup of tea or meals. Likewise the garden when weather permits. We are happy to meet people whilst allowing for quiet, personal space when required.

Totnes home with a great view

There are two small rooms at the top of the house, one with a double bed and the other a single. Both rooms have windows front and back that are full of light and sometimes even sun! The single room can be used for a guest or as a sitting room and space to leave bags. This is where I will leave a kettle with tea and coffee. The plant filled landing that connect the rooms has stairs down to the rest of the house and the bathroom for guests use only.

Recently extended, it is now a cosy, light-filled, self-contained annex with private access, ideal from which to explore the beautiful North Devon countryside.
