A cozy traditionel Finnish log cabin next to a peaceful little lake. The cabin is placed beautiful calming area in the middle of forests. The cottage has sleeping accommodations for four (a sleeping loft and a sofa bed). There is a charming small kitchen, a fireplace inside and campfire place on outside, composting dry toilet and a sauna (no normal bathroom). The hot tube is available with extra charge (50e). Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Sähköistetty kesämökki. Mökissä on juokseva kylmä ja lämmin vesi. Saunalle tulee kylmä vesi (lämmin vesi saadaan perinteisesti kiuassäiliössä lämmittämällä). Makuupaikat kuudelle (2 + 2, erillinen makuuhuone parisänky, toisessa 2 sänkyä, 10 cm patjat, 2 vuodesohva). Keittiössä kaikki käyttöastiat. Vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin,mikro,liesi/uuni, ap pöytämalli. Saunan yhteydessä pukuhuoneessa jäädyttävä wc ja ulkona huussi/puuliiteri. Varaava takka, kaasugrilli ulkokäyttöön. Remontoitu 2026.

Fredrikanrannan aitassa olet kuin kesämökillä. Lämmitämme vieraille iltaisin rantasaunan erikseen sovittavaan aikaan tai saat itse lämmittää milloin haluat. Käytössäsi on soutuvene, SUP-lauta sekä kajakki. Tarjoan terveellisen ja runsaan aamupalan. Welcome Cyclist -majoitus. Lemmikkisi voi yöpyä myös alakerrassa. Kohde sijaitsee maaseudulla noin 18 km Lappeenrannan keskustasta. Polkupyörät/moottoripyörät on mahdollista laittaa yöksi lukolliseen autotalliin.

One room apartmet. 1906 Built red brick warehouse building witch has been converted to 3 personnel apartments. Beside of Saimaan, around 600m to city center or Lappeenrannan harbour. Peaceful and green environment. Beach 500m but sun you can take at my green grass back yard at summer time. Big grocery store S-market (open 24/7) is another side of the street and fuel station 100m. We have car shelter and wifi for you.
