We lived here with our 1 year old, so it has been fully baby-proofed! Pack and Play, outlet covers, gate at stairs, high chair, sound machine all make for a safe envenvironment for your family. Ask if you have any questions or requests! (We probably have it!) West Landing Beach (see pics) is a 5 min walk away and views of the Peconic Bay are visible throughout the house. Kitchen is stocked like we live there year round. Enhanced WiFi - we both video conferenced here all day without issue!

Amazing Beachfront vacation home located directly on a private sandy beach on Shinnecock Bay. Stunning waterfront views- sunrises/sunsets. No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
