Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Two blocks from Ladds Rose Gardens, Clinton Street (several cool bars, patios, Loyly spa, and theater!) and Division Street - home to some of the city's best restaurants — Ava Gene, Omas, Fairweather, Quaintrelle, and more. My home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. You will have full reign of the top (street)level of the home. Host lives downstairs in the sun basement. You are the only ones who will enter through the front door, and you’ll have a reserved parking space in the double driveway. Your private space includes a double queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a jetted bath and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with wood burning fireplace and stunning views, a full laundry room, a wrap around deck with outdoor table and chairs.

A private entrance will take you (in basement) to this comfortable, quiet space with a sitting area with a 50" TV with Netflix, mini fridge, microwave etc. The bedroom has reading lights and a queen size bed. Updated linens/towels are provided along with room to hang your clothes. En suite bathroom with amenities including a bidet. The home is situated within walking distance from the best city park, restaurants and shopping! Mass transit is steps away and on a main bike thoroughfare.

My apartment building is in the vibrant heart of the eclectic Hawthorne District, walking distance to Portland's best restaurants, cafes, bookstores, brew-pubs, distilleries, and artisanal shops. All necessary services, from banks to massage therapists, are nearby. Only a mile from downtown, you can easily access the city via bike, walking, or frequent bus service. The interiors feature a sleek, soothing European design with high grade surfaces and finishes for your comfort and style.

This lovely, spacious, duplex, home is just about as centrally located as one could get. Sitting right on the bustling Hawthorne Blvd our guests have everything they could possibly need and want from a Portland visit without walking more than 5 blocks. From the historic Baghdad theater, countless bars and restaurants, shopping boutiques, amazing coffee shops, several food cart pods, grocery stores, bodegas, and very entertaining people watching! We invite all to come stay!!

Our newly built bright and modern guest house is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you need to relax and recharge after a day of adventuring in the city. It is located in the popular FoPo (Foster-Powell) district and is the perfect location for exploring Portland. Heaps of local coffee shops, bakeries, food carts, bars and breweries are just minutes of walks away. Also easy access to local parks, shopping districts. We would love to host you!

Our basement has been newly renovated. Brand new bedroom, beautiful bathroom and living space. The living space includes a 57” Smart TV and couch. The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!
