Proximity to the best hiking trails, mountain bike trails, hot springs, Deschutes River, Mt Bachelor ski resort, Cascade Lakes highway, Smith Rock State Park, and Crater Lake National Park.

Reconnect with nature in the breathtaking Applegate Valley while enjoying the comfort of our cozy covered wagon. Take a step back in time and create memories as our ancestors did on the Oregon trail in covered wagons. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life & unwind in harmony with nature on the Applegate River. Enjoy the many nature trails that meander throughout the 12 acres on our farm. Modern Tiny House w/ Hot Tub and Putting Green

Located on a hillside in Shady Cove. This is a spacious brand new 300 sq foot tiny home. The tiny house is located on our private property. We request for our guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and surroundings. It is important that our guests treat the outdoor space as if they were camping and not leave any food outside as there is some wildlife in the area. Included is a covered gazebo with curtains on a private deck with a spa, and gas fire pit that also heats your legs.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

Tide's Reach of the Umpqua

All it's own type thing, in it's own type place, a unique RIVERSIDE GLAMP! Nooked in Oregon Coastal Mountains at edge of inland tidal waters. Set to the background of a small historic rural town, tucked just out of sight of the beaten route to/from the Pacific Ocean and Oregon Dunes a short 16mi away at Reedsport.  Year-round floating dock and river access all to yourself, different experience with each tide change, and kayaks provided. Otter, eagle, seal, fish, etc : a nature theme park!

Cottage on River Farm -Applegate Wine Trail

Cozy one-room cottage on a 5-acre micro-farm, on the Applegate River near vineyards. Set halfway between Crater Lake & the Redwood Forest, the Applegate Valley is a lush valley with 19 artisan vineyards. This classic cottage is a mini farm-stay experience with goats & chickens. Walk to Red Lily Vineyard! Enjoy the private firepit with complimentary s’mores kit or walk down to the river to swim. Nearby: the historic gold-rush town of Jacksonville, home of the Britt Summer Music Festival.

Cozy Forest Cabin w/ Sauna & Hot Tub!

Our cozy cabin is an excellent getaway for anyone who just wants to be surrounded by everything that Central Oregon has to offer. With the National Forest and the La Pine State park just a few minutes away, there are options for hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or ATV rides. During the winter season, activities such as snowboarding, skiing, sledding, and snow mobile rides are only within 40 minutes away at Mt. Bachelor. City life in Bend is only 30 min away.

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.

Most Spectacular Ocean Views - Studio

The Point provides the most amazing OMG view of the ocean and beach of the Oregon South Coast and possibly the world. You sit 100 feet above the water on our beach front property looking at the dolly dock pier and harbor to the east and Battle Rock and and a long stretch of beach to west. You can walk to the end of the property and enjoy your favorite beverage on the deck on the cliff above the water. You have truly magnificent views from our top-of-the-line studios.
