This fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. The second floor has 2 rooms+full bathroom+crib+TV. One of them is a walk-through room and has no window. Wide parking (4 cars). Good location in orange park. Quiet area.
