Make your memories of family fun, romantic sunsets and water sports galore in this luxurious home with spectacular views. This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.

Our bohemian-inspired decor gives the house a relaxing Florida vibe. There are board games, foosball, a hammock, and ambient lights for a fun and relaxing stay. The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.
