This spacious cottage is centrally located between Spencer and the lakes area, right off of Hwy 71. The upstairs loft features a queen, full and a single bed, desk, and closet and lots of space. The main level has a full kitchen with dining space, large living room with two couches and a TV, and a full bathroom with washer and dryer. This is a great place for long term stays as it offers your own private accommodations and off-street parking. Note: Due to allergies, No smoking inside, No pets.

3 bedroom King Suite at Stay Suites-Browns Bay

Stay Suites are in the heart of Arnolds Park. We have added Multiple suites on the 2nd level of the former Table 316 Restaurant. These are in addition to our other Stay Properties across the street. Browns Bay Suite offers a comfy king bed with a full bathroom. There are 2 additional rooms, each with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom just off the kitchen. There is a stove, microwave, coffee pot (k cup and grounds) pots and pans. The living room area has couch, chairs and smart TV.

Quite-End of the Road Suite-Lower Level

Modestly decorated with eclectic treasures. Our guest suite is great for brewery, antique or local sports enthusiasts or a couples weekend or solo adventurers getaway. Coded access gives you the opportunity to come and go at your leisure. Beautiful rural acreage with private "bunkhouse" located minutes from the Okoboji Iowa Great Lakes, Historic Spencer, and the Clay County Fair, the world's greatest county fair. Enjoy the peaceful setting including outdoor fire pit area, gazebo area, playground, barn with animals to pet, fruit trees, and room to roam. Full kitchen is included. Newly constructed studio apartment above our garage. Calm, cozy and sunny interior in a quiet neighborhood setting. We have only lived in Fairmont a short time and we love it! It has a "Hallmark" town feel. You may meet our Labradoodle in the backyard - she is very friendly and will want to say Hi. We look forward to hosting you in this city of 5 Lakes! Cleaning fee included in the nightly rate.

Center Lake Retreat Entire Lower Level Walk Out

As ofJuly 1, 2021 we moved into this beautiful Lakeside home. The AIRBNB is NOT our entire home but it is the entire lower level which is our home. Gorgeous, private lakeside views. It is spacious with a private entrance if suitable, large kitchenette, family room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, bath/shower full bathroom. Lakeside access. There is complete privacy with a Barn Door closure.

Charming Country Studio Cottage

Charming recently remodeled, country mother in law suite style studio! Attached on the far side of the garage from the main house(which is currently not lived in). Enjoy a cozy, quiet acreage, while being located 2.5 miles from Spencer! **Residential side of house is under construction, some siding is removed and windows are boarded! If crews are coming out will let you know.

Downtown Serenity

Located at 10 W 4th Street in downtown Spencer, the historic Medlar Studio is home to the The Medlar Suites. Suite #1 has Wifi and free parking is provided across the street (Public parking lot, well lit). This unit is centrally located and in the heart of the shopping district with the local brewery just around the corner and restaunts within blocks.
