Antico appartamento nobiliare nel cuore di Spoleto con bellissimi affreschi e quattro grandi finestre che si affacciano su piazza del mercato le quali offrono una bellissima veduta. Vicinissimo alla Rocca, al Duomo, alla Casa Romana, al Teatro Romano, alle chiese e ai musei, tutti raggiungibili a piedi. Facilmente raggiungibili da Spoleto città come Assisi, Perugia, Spello, Gubbio, inoltre Montefalco con i suoi vini, Norcia e il Castelluccio, le Fonti del Clitunno e la Cascata delle Marmore.

We are a small farm with a family-run farm on the border between Tuscany and Umbria. The old farmhouse in which we live with our children are surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a splendid view of Montepulciano. We can sleep in 2 apartments and / or 1 independent room furnished with poor art and originality. In the large garden, available to all, there are two pools (one for children), games, organic vegetable garden. We have a restaurant Pierpaolo cooking the typical Tuscan dishes.

Appartamento arredato con mobili d'epoca, fornito di tutto il necessario. Piccolo e accogliente, curato nei minimi particolari, perfetto come base per esplorare la citta'. Da qui infatti si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti i principali monumenti: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana e Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. L' alloggio è adatto a coppie e solitari.

My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).
