Footsteps from the water with its own private beach, this 1200 SF 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house offers a light, bright and open floor plan. There is a wraparound porch/patio for the beautiful sunsets and a view of Little Cayman. The house hosts cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, free Wifi, a 55" HDTV, a Wii console, blue ray player, free US/Canada phone calls and a phone for local calls. There is a BBQ grill located on the patio. The house is located on Foster Rd in Stake Bay.

The house offers utmost privacy, as there are no close neighbours and with only one residence on the property, you will not share it with anyone else, nor will you share the pool. We are situated on Cayman Brac, a 30-minute flight from Grand Cayman via Cayman Airways.

Nestled amongst the palm trees beside the main Featherstone house, Featherstone Cottage is the perfect place to relax and make the most of your Brac retreat. The cottage is well appointed and shares a private beach & pool with the other 2 units. Other communal items include laundry room, games room, hammocks, bikes, kayak, ping pong table, BBQ area and fire pit.
