The Bunkhouse @ Stone Gate Farm & Sculpture Park

This Bunky is a separate mini-house on our farm with a view of the fields, pasture, & duck pond. Enjoy the 1 km tour of the sculpture park, the 5 km of trails, or the shared pool and year round hot tub. The Bunhkouse has a separate bedroom, bathroom, and open concept living room/kitchen. It sleeps two comfortably and can fit 2 extra guests on the fold down living room futon. There’s free Wi-Fi and 24" Smart TV. Indoor pool, hottub & video game room, near beach

Make some memories in our quaint town and stay at our unique family-friendly home with a private indoor heated salt water pool & hottub in the basement. The pool room has a TV, air hockey table, Foosball and basketball game. The fourth bedroom doubles as a board and Video games room/gym and there is a hockey training center on the garage. The fenced backyard has a deck, propane BBQ and seating area, movie screen & projector, trampoline and fire pit (firewood provided). Fun for the whole family!

Modern and private guest suite

We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

It's an 18 minute drive to the Police College, 15 minutes to Pt. Burwell or Pt. Stanley. Guests occupy entire main floor with full kitchen, living room, private entrance, huge deck. Access to hot tub. Hosts occupy basement floor with a barrier between floors that may allow some sound to travel. Absolutely NO marijuana smoking on the property.

It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.
