The North coast isn’t far away either, with its surfing beaches & towns like Padstow & St. Ives .

Sailor's Return is a beautiful Grade II listed cottage in the heart of Mevagissey and less than a minute's walk to the harbour. There are 2 king size beds situated on the 1st floor. The 3rd bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds and accessed via a narrow staircase with a low ceiling and may be unsuitable for children and guests with limited mobility. Palm Tree Cottage is located between the historic port of Charlestown and St Austell and backs onto a lovely park in a quiet residential area close to the coast. The south coast beaches of Porthpean, Pentewen, Par and Carlyon Bay are within 10-20 minutes drive. Within walking distance of the cottage is the beautiful harbour village of Charlestown with its bars and restaurants and access to the SW coast path, a large supermarket 5 minutes away and the train and bus stations for local travel.
