Welcome to our cozy all-season cottage in Winnipeg Beach - just one block from the beach and marina. Enjoy the lakeside community while staying at our stylishly-finished three bedroom, one bathroom retreat, featuring a wood-burning stove, streaming-only smart TV, in-ceiling speakers, high-speed Internet, fully-stocked kitchen, and a full bathroom with heated tile floors, large walk-in shower, and washer and dryer. The backyard has a gazebo with sectional and the front has a large deck with BBQ.

TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

This 1100sqft cabin is perfect for anybody's type of getaway, directly in front of Lanky's hotdog/burger stand, 10min walk to Potenza's Restaurant/Bar, Grand Beach diner, and 2min walk from Petes Grand Mini Golf, they are licensed! Parking is best in front on main road but back would fit a car or two. Cabin comes fully equipped with everything you need for either short or long stays. 10-15 min walk to beautiful beach. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retro retreat. located 5 minutes away from balsam harbor, this little cottage is equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway. Enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors, a walk to the nearby park, or gather around the campfire for some roasted marshmallows. Welcome to the spacious, sunny & beautiful Casa Del Lago (Lake House)! Perfectly situated just a short stroll to the beach in the quaint Lakeside Village of Matlock. A great escape for the whole family to enjoy! Spacious open layout, lots of windows to let the light in, roomy bedrooms, large bathroom, large decks. Sun and shade available on the property. Very clean and well kept. We prefer Friday to Friday bookings if possible.
