Electricity is powered from a propane remote start generator and water is sourced from our rain water collection system. Just minutes from the cabin, you'll find 3 gas station/convenience stores, 2 gift shops, two restaurants, a 9-hole golf course, ATV trails, 3 lakes, hiking trails (w/waterfalls) and so much more!

This newly built cabin is located on a quiet gravel road, in the St Lawrence Valley in a remote area between Potsdam and Massena, NY, fifteen minutes from the US/Canada border. With Potsdam and Massena only 15 miles away, you have the best of both the civilized and the natural world when staying at our cabin. We look forward to hosting guests who will enjoy the natural solitude, privacy and aesthetic comforts of the cabin, garden, and beautiful forest trails on our tranquil 101 acre property.

The property includes a private sandy beach and offers easy access to hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, four-wheeling, snowmobiling, etc. Note that this is a family-owned cabin that does NOT include modern amenities. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place on the end Black lake. Cabin overlooking the water with 2 rooms & 2 lofts on 50 acres. 32'×20' patio with grills to cook on, lots of patio furniture to lounge on. Kitchen, and dining room inside along a bathroom that has a washer and dryer. Access to the river, a dock, amazing fishing off the dock or from Kayak's, paddle boards, a canoe and row boat available. Big yard for outdoor fun, trails to hike on, fire pit at night, fun for everyone!

Field Camp

Enjoy a stay at Field Camp! Two sleeping cabins, a suds shack (full bathroom) and screen house in a rural setting await! Nestled behind our seasonal (February-early June) working commercial greenhouse farm, ask for a tour during your stay. Field Camp is a great place to land while visiting St. Lawrence University, SUNY Canton, SUNY Potsdam or Clarkson. Close to the St. Lawrence River for world class Bass Fishing. Cabins have outside electrical outlets and plenty of parking for boat trailers.

The little Cottage on the Deer

This little slice of heaven is exactly what you and your family need! Wether it’s a simple get away,snowmobiling the NYS trail system, ATV riding, horseback riding, hunting or fishing! This property has it all situated literally on the bank of the deer river, with the trail system at the end of the driveway, and surrounded by 30k acres of state land! -Everything in this 1300sqf cottage on the river is brand new including a brand new convection gas stove with an air fryer built in!

Cozy Cabin located on the NYS trail system with direct access to the Deer River. Trails are used for hiking, hunting, fishing, and recreational vehicles. Over 20,000 acres of State land in the town of Brasher. The cabin has all the comforts of home with a full kitchen and bath with laundry. There are (2) Queen beds, (1) Queen Futon, and (2) Twin bunk beds. Includes Wi-Fi. Located 15 minutes from the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino, 20 minutes from the St Lawrence River and Canada.

1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily. Conveniently located near: Potsdam State College/Clarkson University = 15 minutes Massena (St. Lawrence River) = 20 minutes Canadian Border Crossing @ Cornwall = 25 minutes Lake Placid = 1 hr 10 minutes

Welcome to the Riverview Lodge! This year-round custom wood-built cabin features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, on amazing waterfront. Enjoy the huge deck overlooking the waterfront that is perfect for kayaking, fishing and viewing wildlife! Enjoy the peace and quiet and abundant wildlife on this private road away from it all! *Kayaks and fire wood are not currently provided.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.
