For larger families we have an additional pool home just across the atrium which accommodates up to 4 additional guests in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The price per guest above 8 covers this additional home.

The studio is conveniently located less than 1 mile from I-95 which gives you easy access to any of the major metropolitan areas in South Florida. There is a queen size bed and pull out couch , little kitchenette with a microwave and coffee maker and full bathroom. All guests must be approved by the association
