We love the original 1897 details of the building that are coupled with all the amenities of 2024. It has all the charm of days gone by with all the utility of the modern world.

Spruce Street Retreat

Clean and cozy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, about 30 miles away from Baxter State Park. It's just a few blocks away from the snowmobile and atv trails and only a couple of miles off I-95. I cannot accept pets at this time, including service animals. I have an exemption for this because of my severe allergies to cats and dogs.
