Our home is on a 4-acre lot on High Rock Lake. The guest space is a fully furnished guesthouse above a detached storage area (15 steps). The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, the den has a full sofa, recliner, and TV with HD antenna​ & Netflix - NO CABLE. There is a full kitchen, bath, washer/dryer​ and​ walk-in closet. There is a small deck with a ​table and chairs overlooking the lake. Guests have access to the pier, 2 kayaks, canoe, swing, firepit, grill & gardens. ​We DO have WiFi.​​

Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV, Netflix and HBO for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.
