Walking distance to Save Mart shopping center, restaurants, etc We have a gardener that comes on Thursday mornings and mows front and backyard

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Home is in a quiet cul de sac and very private. No Filter in the Pictures of This Home. Big back yard to do BBQ'S, plenty of chairs for a gathering, each room has tv's, private yard that is very big for pets to play. The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
