It is on a lifestyle block in a semi-rural subdivision, half way between Motueka and Mapua, with Kaiteriteri, Abel Tasman National Park and Nelson, not much further away. You will need a car to get around. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+
