Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Best Lake View Apartment

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Apartment Gabrijel by the mystical stream

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Double Room with bathroom, Farm stay in Bohinj

Homestead Log v Bohinju is located approximately halfway between Lake Bled and Lake Bohinj on the right side of the Sava Bohinjka river. It is a large old farm building consisting of a living area, a stable, a barn, a dairy and other auxiliary rooms. The living part of the building was completely renovated and adapted for tourist purposes. All units are furnished in a modern style with new furniture and renovated bathrooms. We are no longer actively engaged in agriculture.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

Fall asleep with the murmur of the passing river, sunbathe on our wooden terrace right on the riverbank and take a dip in the outdoor viking tub in all seasons. Equipped for indoor and outdoor cooking, our charming house is hospitable to small and big humans alike, including a modular sauna, private beach and an outdoor cinema!

Juliet's apartment is a spacious apartment. It has its own entrance. you enter the apartment by stairs. it has a porch where you sit and drink coffee in peace, a large entrance hall, two bedrooms - one for three people with single beds, the other with a large double bed. There is also an option of an extra bed (at guests request - extra charge) Large kitchen where you can prepare a delicious meal ..

Apartment Žonir with Sauna and terrace

Apartment is arranged for a comfortable sojourn of 2-4 persons, with large terrace and balcony, with parking place and a separate entrance, free WiFi, air conditioner, TV, radio and more. Apartment is located very close to Hiša FRANKO (walking distance of 5 minutes). Kanin ski resort is 20 minutes away. We offer Taxi service.
