The semi-detached bungalow is set within its own private garden and has off road parking . The accommodation consists of a spacious lounge / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin, and two bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin bedded room. Avondale is fully central heated and has a modern electric fire in the lounge. Well behaved dogs allowed.

Directly from the door you can enjoy some of the best walks the Lake District has to offer. Staveley is a gateway to other towns and villages such as Kendal and Windermere via bus or train. Please note we allow a maximum of 4 guests including infants we only allow 1 small/medium dog per booking. (Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture)

Fellfoot Cottage is a 19th century bobbin mill workers cottage in Staveley at the mouth of the Kentmere Valley, surrounded by stunning scenery. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a log burning fire, original floorboards and a window seat, leading through to a dining kitchen with a further log burning fire. To the rear is an outhouse and a detached rear garden. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with king sized beds and a family bathroom.
