Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Its central position in Chania's old town area of Splantzia, close to the harbour & located next to the Saint Nicholas Church makes it an ideal base to explore from. Vines shade the entrance with the living accommodation up on the 1st floor. A sunny spot out on the roof terrace gives a glimpse of sea. Although it is situated in the middle of the village, that place has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. The house is naturally cooled by the thick stone walls of the main building and the openings that bring in the summer breeze. It is found very close to Chania International Airport.
